CALM IN THE STORM
A coaching and speaking message for mothers who want to trust God when life feels out of control.
As a mother, you’ve weathered storms you never saw coming. You’ve held it together for everyone else, even when your own heart was breaking. You’ve prayed for strength, wiped your tears, and kept going because you had to. But deep down, you’re longing for peace that lasts, not just moments of relief, but the kind of calm that carries you through.
And allows you to carry your family through.
As a public speaker and coach, I’m here to walk beside you in that place. Together, we’ll uncover the strength God has already placed within you and help you find His peace right in the middle of the storm. With compassion and simple, faith-rooted tools, I’ll help you rebuild from the inside out so you can stand strong, steady, and whole, no matter what comes your way.

Walking With YouThrough the Storm
A lot of what’s out there tells you to hustle harder, push through, and fix yourself. But let’s be real: if that worked, you wouldn’t be here right now, looking for something more.
Before I was a public speaker and coach, I was a woman, wife and mother who had the rug pulled out from under her. I know what it’s like to face storms you never saw coming, to hold everything together on the outside while your heart is breaking
on the inside.
I know the turning point that changes everything:
the moment you stop trying to manage it all yourself and finally let God carry what was never yours to hold.
The Way Forward
You don’t need another plan to follow or a list of things to fix. You’ve tried that already, and it only left you feeling more exhausted. What you need is a moment to breathe — a safe place to be honest about how heavy it all feels.
That’s why I won’t hand you a formula or a checklist. You don’t need another thing to try harder at. You need someone to meet you where you are, with compassion, prayer, and simple but powerful tools that bring peace back into reach.
Together, we’ll release the fear, pressure, and old patterns that have been weighing you down. You’ll learn to build rhythms of trust that anchor you in who God created you to be. This isn’t about working harder to find peace. It’s about remembering that the kind of peace you’re longing for has been there all along, waiting for you to rest in it.
If your heart is tired of pretending everything is fine, you’re not alone. You’re in the right place.

Start Your Journey Toward
Peace in the Storm
The first step toward calm is noticing what’s pulling you out of alignment with who God created you to be.
That’s why I created the Inner Alignment Journal, a free resource designed to help you pause, reflect, and invite God into the very places that feel unsettled.
This journal will help you:
Identify what’s been weighing you down
Re-align your heart with God’s promises
Begin practicing the kind of trust and surrender
that leads to peace

Truth as the Foundation
There are two extremes that we hear a lot.
One says: Hustle harder. Push through.
Perform your way to peace.
The other says: Everything’s fine. You’re perfect as you are.
Just accept it all.
Neither is true, especially as a follower of Christ.
Because the truth is, life is messy. Storms come. We get scared, we struggle, and sometimes we break. Pretending we’re perfect doesn’t help. Pushing harder only wears us down more.
What we need isn’t more hustle or more pretending, but truth.
The truth that we are loved by God, even when we fall short.
The truth that we can surrender what we were
never meant to carry.
The truth that peace doesn’t come from striving or denial, but from trusting the One who holds us steady in the storm.
At Amanda Medina Coaching, truth isn’t a side note.
it’s the foundation.
Because when you live from God’s truth, fear loses its grip, peace becomes real, and you step into the freedom of who you were created to be.
Courage, Love & Blessings, Always!
